Application
1. Drain frying oil and fill fryer with water up to the “MAX” mark.2. Add VITO tab(s) according to the dosing chart (wear protective gloves).3. Heat the solution to approx. 110 °C, switch off the fryer, and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.For heavy incrustations, leave to soak overnight.4. Brush off burnt-on spots during soaking time.5. Drain the solution, dispose of properly, rinse fryer several times with water, and dry thoroughly.
